As far back as I can remember I have always had extreme weight issues. I've always been a heavier girl despite the fact that I have two parents who never gained weight until they were in their late 40's. Having this extra weight just killed my self-esteem and I've been struggling to fix this part of my life for so long. I'm finally at a point in my life where I am putting my health and my weight first and I've been pretty successful so far! At my height I was told that a healthy weight range is between 114-144 but I don't know if that is realistic for me so we'll have to see. I've never been that weight before in my adult life so I really don't know what I'm going to look like if I ever get to that weight. For the time being, my goal is to be 150lbs by June 25th. I am a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding and I vowed to myself to look good in that bridesmaid's dress on her special day. I'm working my own diet plan and seeing a personal trainer as well to help me reach my goal. Wish me luck!
