I am a personal trainer who has let himself go over the past 2 years. I am going to get back in shape for my members and my health have done well so far. I think i am in good shape for a 46 year old trainer but can do better. Also married with 2 boys at home. That will keep anyone fit.lol Diet is the key. Remember you are what you eat......

What or should you eat before you exercise?
gnat is on the money.lol you will burn muscle if you workout in the morning without some type of fuel in your system so your body can use that instead of muscle tissue. protein bar, banana, bowl of fruit, eggs, etc. if you eat any carbs this is the time to do it, in the morning for energy and your body will burn it off and then some...

Triceps - the weakling vs. the muscle
i am left handed too. yes the right arm is stronger then the left. do single tricep with the cable mach. at your gym for a few weeks and and do one extra set with left arm. see if that helps..

peanut butter and cheese cravings- HELP ME!
sorry but natural peanut butter is one of the best things to eat. you must eat fat to lose fat.just got to eat the right kind of fats and proteins. and with exercise the weight will drop. also burn more cals then you take in. thats my motto...

How Many Calories Do You Eat?
the key is to burn more cals then you take in. so if you eat 1500 per day make sure you burn 2000. try to avg. 500 cals def. a day thats a pound per week.
