Since 2 January 2014, I have just tried to make healthier food choices and cut out sugar and most processed carbs. On 2 January 2014 I weighed 85kg!! When I joined Fat Secret I had already lost 10kg, but the weighed loss has slowed down dramatically, probably because I am not eating enough (too busy to stop and eat something, too lazy to make myself something healthy to eat and too stubborn to go back to my refined carb-munching ways) and not drinking enough water! Also, I do drink way too much tea and coffee! For this challenge I am going to get back on track, eating more regular, healthy meals and snacks and drinking at least 6 glasses of water per day!!
