Before joining fatsecret, I had already lost 50 lbs from my heaviest weight. Since moving in with my boyfriend, I have been at a stand still for the last year and a half. I need something to motivate me and I think this website is it!
Working out is not an issue. My main problem is blowing all my hard work with eating food that isn't good for me.
Since joining fatsecret, I've lost some lbs. I've been doing good and I love the challenges. I set my goal weight to 11-10 lb increments (keep the scale consistent). It's just easier for me to look at a small goal at a time, rather than seeing that I have to lose 40+ lbs! I really want to wear shorts next summer for my bday. :o) Feel free to give me any advice or add me!
My Goals (dates TBD):
Start weight 176.4
165 - Start wearing my work slacks again ~(11 lbs)
155 - Wear brand new leather jacket that has been hanging in my closet for 1 1/2 years (it didn't really fit when I bought it but I said I would make it my goal to look good in it) ~(21 lbs)
145 - Buy knee high boots (I LOVE boots but I always have a hard time finding a pair that fit over my calves) ~(31 lbs)
135 - Photoshoot (Self Portraits) ~(41 lbs)
125 - BE HAPPY!! And a new wardrobe strictly from Macy's wouldn't hurt! (shorts included!) ~(51 lbs)
I hope to achieve all of these goals by spring 2012.
