I am suffering from carb creep and it's time to reign it in. I invited fruit back into my life but VEG still needs to be the main event. 1 tsp of honey is okay but not with 1/2 a banana.

I need a lower carb protein shake. I will work on finding a recipe this weekend.
I am ok with a bit of carb--a tsp of honey or half a banana but I probably don't need to have both in the same drink.

I am just back from my workout and I feel so goood. I actually enjoy getting my workout--grunting, struggling, challenging myself. It's amazing. My mood is improved. My sleep is deeper. I have more energy and I am smarter in my brain. I think quicker and I am doing better at my job. It is so awesome.
Today I brought my new mini blender to work and made a protein shake after the gym and I feel great!

Iam on vacation. Today was a bust. Tomorrow will be better. Enough with the cheating--back to my schedule.
Surprisingly I lost weight this week. So that makes me happy.
