This has been a pretty good week. I haven't been in as much pain thanks to a procedure to help my fibro so I have been somewhat more active. I have been making somewhat better food choices, but have realized that without a structured diet I am too likely to cheat so I have made to choice to go back on Atkins since I had the most success with it in the past. Now I just need to find the willpower I had back then.
