Finding a Maintenance food plan after Atkins
I don't know what you did, but it wasn't Atkins. If you followed it correctly and progressed up the carb ladder you'd be eating all those things now. Read the book and study it. Follow the plan to the letter and it works. When you don't, you get the results you are getting.

Why “Clean Eating” is a Myth
If you think processed foods are what your body needs, you need to go back and learn some basic nutrition. Take a look around at all the overweight people. They got that way eating junk, not the foods that support health. Yes, I call those clean. They are clean from chemicals and additives the human body was not made to process. Look around at all the cancer. The numbers were smaller before the junk food took over. Enjoy that red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and then don't complain when you gain weight and end up with diabetes.

New way to make pudding for only one point!
You can't make yogurt with almond milk. Yogurt is a dairy product. It would have to be labeled differently, for example Kroger Carb Smart Yogurt is labeled a dairy blend product, not yogurt.
