Lindy Hop
Anything that gets you moving is great but you still need strength training to maintain muscle. The recommendation for exercise is 150 minutes of cardio and at least 2 30-minute sessions of weight training. I go to the Y and we have line dancing and zumba classes. Tons of fun.

Why is there no work, calculation in the activity/exercise section ?
Remember that you body becomes very efficient in using calories for things we do everyday so you are not burning as many calories as you think.

Finding a Maintenance food plan after Atkins
I don't know what you did, but it wasn't Atkins. If you followed it correctly and progressed up the carb ladder you'd be eating all those things now. Read the book and study it. Follow the plan to the letter and it works. When you don't, you get the results you are getting.

Induction Breakfast sick of Eggs suggestion
The BLT sounds good but is sorely lacking in the 4-6 ounces of protein you are to have at each meal.
