Day #2 was pretty good for me. When I craved something sweet I grabbed a fruit or yogurt instead of ice cream or candy. And most importantly, instead of extra rice or chicken I chose broccoli. =] iM very proud of my self ::pats self on back & smiles:: I think I can really do this. Although I slipped up at lunch and had extra i chose healthy extra. I seem to have a lot more energy and barely got sleep. hmm the power of nutrition! lol

It's my first time entering my food since I just joined and I realize Most of the food I eat is carbs & fat. But then again I haven't been on a strict diet or evern been trying. So tomorrow I am going to start fresh and I've decided to do a "challenge" of NO CARBS that's about to start in 9days. I have to do some research though cuz I have no idea what foods are bad carb wise.

After Baby Blues
Hi Everybody! I just recently gave birth to my beautiful baby boy on Jan. 26th, 2010. I gained nearly 50 pounds during my pregnancy! so far iVe lost allof it but I am trying to get into the military and I have to be 140-145 lbs. So for right now I am starting off with a nutritional diet and then once I am comfortable with how things are going I will pick up on the exercise aspect. Before I got pregnant I had a daily workout partner but since then I got engaged and moved so I need support to keep me going. I hope this website will help. THANKS!
