Day #2 was pretty good for me. When I craved something sweet I grabbed a fruit or yogurt instead of ice cream or candy. And most importantly, instead of extra rice or chicken I chose broccoli. =] iM very proud of my self ::pats self on back & smiles:: I think I can really do this. Although I slipped up at lunch and had extra i chose healthy extra. I seem to have a lot more energy and barely got sleep. hmm the power of nutrition! lol

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 April 2010:
1532 kcal Fat: 36.40g | Prot: 77.51g | Carb: 225.26g.   Breakfast: milk, honey nut cheerios. Lunch: good sense, extra lean turkey ham, chopped tomatoes, ranch, lettuce, SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN. Dinner: Frozen Broccoli Cuts, garlic, brown rice, CHICKEN BREAST. Snacks/Other: smart pop, yoplait light, crushed almonds. more...
