It's my first time entering my food since I just joined and I realize Most of the food I eat is carbs & fat. But then again I haven't been on a strict diet or evern been trying. So tomorrow I am going to start fresh and I've decided to do a "challenge" of NO CARBS that's about to start in 9days. I have to do some research though cuz I have no idea what foods are bad carb wise.
