My Introduction:
I was in 150's in 2002 when I started my college. I was overweight but It didnt bother me that much as I could still buy cloths in regular department except they were Large or XL depending on the Brand.
I started putting on weight and I neglected a lot and was in 200 range in 2004. Then I had to buy cloths in Department Stores but in Womens Section. Mostly 1X used to fit at that time. I tried some things at that time but was not very much motivated so fell offtrack and left it.
I continued to gain weight and I was in 220 range till last year. Then my Dress Size jumped to 2X
I gain 20 pounds from Jan 2010 to May 2nd week. Now I have to Buy 3X sizes and in few brands even the 3X sizes wont fit me. I am really scared that I will not find any cloths if I gain more weight in regular Department Stores
So this time I am determined and Started Atkins a in 3rd week of May. I lost 6 pounds in first week and I guess it is all water weight. After that there is not that much significant loss.
I am here for some motivation and I am determined to loose weight and go back to atleast what I was in 2002 soon.
