I am about to turn 40(July) and have been on a steady slope of gaining weight for 5 years and I am now heavier than I have ever been and want it GONE! in 2003 I tried Atkins for the first time, only needed to loose 15lbs and found out that I love the lifestyle, This time, I have almost 100 to loose and I am determined to do it the right way. Today I pledge to my self to be a happy healthy skinny woman!

Hi lisa, I know how you feel about the bread rice and pasta..I still pull stuff out of the fridge and wonder hmmm should I have rice,bread pasta with this...Oh and potatoes! Ugh don't even get me started considering my husband makes THE best hashbrowns, fries and baked taters! I just look at it as hey I hate being fat I can give up the starch darnit!

Thanks Amy, I just added you. Yeah it's 4oz and I had 2 so far and don't plan on any for dinner...so hopefully all is good.

Anyone else out there needing support? I am pretty sure i'm on track but I get these moments of thinking I'm not following atkins right, like wondering if i'm eatting to much cheese and if im making my ranch right(i used heavy cream instead of milk, real mayo and didn't dilute)I don't know anyone else who has ever done Atkins but so far I love it other than the headache...
