Yes the weight is going in the right direction. Just firgued out that like a chineese menue take some from column a and some from column b. In other words what I am saying is not all weight loss programs are right but not wrong either. You just have to do what works for you.

I have been on the Take Shape for Life Program and this is the one program that I know for a fact works and it is easy to follow. I have lost a total of 49 pounds since November 5 2010.
