Right now I am eating portion control meals. Five meals a day and I am also following about three or four different programs as far as exercise goes. Cardio and strength training. If you want more information please feel free to contact me.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
