Thin is in. Sexy is hot. I'm looking to turn back time. Is this a mid life crisis? I want to make this happen. Stay on course. Focus. I can't forget the vision of how I will look and feel when I reach my goal.

Since I have joined Fat Secret I realize I wasn't getting enough calories. The proper ratio of fat/carb/protein on the Atkins Diet is keeping me feeling full all the time. Enter exactly what you eat .. and wham.. You get the daily totals on everything OMG.. Those calorie resriction diets really suck. I don't know how people can starve themselves with so little food. I have to force myself to eat lol. I could never say that on WW
