Since I have joined Fat Secret I realize I wasn't getting enough calories. The proper ratio of fat/carb/protein on the Atkins Diet is keeping me feeling full all the time. Enter exactly what you eat .. and wham.. You get the daily totals on everything OMG.. Those calorie resriction diets really suck. I don't know how people can starve themselves with so little food. I have to force myself to eat lol. I could never say that on WW

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 January 2010:
1809 kcal Fat: 135.34g | Prot: 118.09g | Carb: 19.09g.   Breakfast: spinach, green pepper, olive oil, Unsalted Butter Stick, Jalapeno Peppers, eggs. Lunch: butter, olive oil, peppers, green pepper, kale, ginger, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), lettuce. Dinner: lettuce, Real Mayonnaise, tomatoe, feta, tuna. Snacks/Other: Egg, Real Mayonnaise. more...

Isn't it incredible? You have pinpointed why some people have issues loosing with Atkins, calories are too low.

Every day when I hit that 2000 mark, I wince a bit, but the next morning there is always a .1 or .2 loss! Defies everything I thought I new. But no complaints here...
