I have been awful on the plan--time to regroup and get going again. Eating gelato etc. and snacks and wine. I am re-starting today.

I have really not been doing a good job of sticking to the program. I'm restarting today--with somewhat fewer events, that heavens.I purchased a ww program I'm not using--so time to use that. I will lose if I do--come on girl, let's make it happen.

My knees need renewal and I have cut back on my exercise--they feel much better but of course I'm not getting the calorie burn. I haven't been awful but I've been drinking wine and eating so much fruit--cherries and grapes are delish but too sugar high and +++calories. We leave for the beach in 2 days. I'm disappointed in my lack of progress and commitment.I weighed 128 for a year and have been up as high as 134 lately. Today I was 132 and that is 7 pounds higher than I would like. But we will enjoy each day and I'll make a more concentrated effort when I return.
