I'm paying for WW--not using it--not a good plan. Today, I go online and keep track--largely the after 8 at night problem. Need a snack then which I enjoy.

I'm getting back on weight watchers and going to sign in faithfully. I know w hat it takes to get rid of this excess and I've got to be better about it. I've had some real stress and wants to get feeling distressed in the morning for what I ate the night before.

I haven't been awful, but i've had too many glasses of wine and too many events out. The family leaves in the morning and that gives me a fresh start. I don't like the way my tops fit--I feel I look so wide. My exercise is high so I have to eat less and cut out drinking except for occasions. This is the week to get it going.

Well--went to the beach and had some treats--but in the end, walked so much it didn't matter--I'm at 131 for the moment, which def feels better than 133-4--I need to put a push on to make it to 128 by my birthday.
