I need to change my evening schedule. If we have a glass of wine when we go out, great. Other than that, I am drinking wine nightly and don't want to. I need to change my pattern.

I've been at 128 for 2 weeks now and have decided to push it to 125. I feel much more comfortable in my clothes and look good but I am hopeful that over time I can get back to 125--where I haven't been in a long time.

At the beach and have def gone off the ww plan. Actually looking forward to going home after 4 days and getting back on plan. Hope `i haven't gotten too much off the 129.5 of last week but expect a pound----hope not more than that.

Well--had been at 131--went out for a friend's birthday dinner last nite and bread kills my plan. Back to it today. I'm on my way to 128

Been doing weight watchers online and it isn't going fast, butt it is going. I have lost 5.5 pounds in 5.5 weeks. I would love to make it all the way to 129 before I go to Kanuga Watermedia for a week--and then keep it up until I make it to 125 by June--for my 50th college reunion and then our cruise. WW is working for me, albeit slowly--it keeps me in check.
