I've always been chunky growing up, but I've never had a problem with it until I started getting fat. Starting at 186lb, and only being 5 foot 4 inches, it's time to stop cringing at what I see in the mirror, change my attitude, and start working to drop the weight. I'm working at keeping a positive outlook, and a realistic one. I know that I probably won't lose weight as quickly as I would like. A minimum of a pound a week means it's going to take me about a year and a half to drop the necessary weight, but it'll be worth it. Maybe next bathing suit season I won't feel so gross in a normal bathing suit lol

Weather changes
Well, if you're sweating more, remember to drink more water, and you'll be fine. If running is just harder in general, but it's the same speed/distance you haven't had a problem with before, you might just have to get used to it. Or you can do less, but more often, ya know? Like, run for half the time you normally do, or until it gets difficult, do something else, then go back to running once you're up to it again.

Weather changes do indeed suck, but you can probably just alter your workout routine a bit to accommodate for it.
