40 year old registered nurse, full time mommy, and living life one day at a time. I turned 40 this year...my goal last fall was to lose 40 by 40...I exceeded that and lost 50 pounds on ideal protein. I am still following the diet, but find it difficult sticking to plan to lose the last 25 pounds I want to lose to reach goal. I love paleo and ketogenic diets and spend a great deal researching them online and recipes.
