I've done my first ever walk... Its was only 30 mins so from tomorrow I am going to take my daughter to the swings in the next village, which is like 45 mins away. :DI'm so excited I've done it !

Had a terrible, terrible sweet tooth spell. I had to have one piece of christmas log that is still leftover from xmas. after that i froze it for future consumption :) Very sad I didnt manage to go for a walk today, but its definitely a priority tomorrow!

It's been 8 days since I've started my diet... Progressing well, trying to mash some excercise in... Trying to find motivation in everything. Carbohydrates are bringing me down though, wish there was a way to eliminate them completely from my diet, but its impossible! For next week, I want to reduce them amount of bread i'm eating, even though its wholewheat. Today I had one slice at breakfast and another two with chicken for lunch. I want to reduce that!
