APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
So I used the Bragg's Unpasturized Apple Cider Vinegar, with the magic ingredient, "Mother". Apparently thats what makes it work for allergies, ward off colds and flu, etc. I also use 2tbsp in the morning, but rinse your mouth out with water after, because it can be hard on your teeth. Never experienced the pills, but I'm not sure it has the same amount. Give it a try, can't hurt. Either it does work or doesn't provide the result your looking for, and you can try something else. Good luck!

Falling Off..
Ok, here is how I see it.
You slipped up, had a week off good eating and exercise, it may have set you back, but that was last week.
Don't you take time off work once or twice a year? Doesn't that set you back a little? You had a week off, and enjoyed it.
Now your back, and time to get back at the regular routine, and work towards your next time off.
Don't regret it, or beat yourself up over it, its over and you can't change the past, you can only change your future behaviour. Now if it happens too often, I would maybe tighten the reins just a bit, but every once in a while, no big deal.

Artificial Sweeteners
I used to use 2+ teaspoons of sugar in my tea, but started to cut back, at first I found it very bitter and didn't really like it, I found that if I keep cutting back, then after a while I give myself a little bit more, I find it tastes too sweet. I cut back to -1 teaspoon and then maybe every 2 weeks I will go to tim's and get a regular tea, and they alays over do the sugar, and I find it too sweet to drink. I drink it with honey now, as I said in the previous post, and I only need a splash. I actually do that with lots of things, at night you turn down the tv a little bit at a time, and then you can turn it up a bit and it seems louder than when you started? Does that make sense?
