Here I go again.....
This is a new website for me but I am not new to Atkins. I lost 150 lbs on it a few years ago but have put 90 lbs back on. I have so many food allergies that atkins is the best diet for me. Arthritis is very improved when I am on it and I can concentrate so much better when I am on the diet. So.....here I go again and intend to stay on the diet for weight loss and lots of other reasons. All of the posts I read were so helpful. Thanks to all of you.
