I have been overweight a good portion of my life although I was thin as a child. I think most of my over eating has been my way to deal with stress between family and work. I am learning to control my stress which is helping with my weight loss. I want to be healthy and feel good. I believe life is about the days you feel good. The picture is the only one I could find and includes my grandma who has alzheimers. She is a doll.

I have learned that I am not responsible for everyone's happiness and that I can only control my own, however, this is a battle I fight almost every day. Life lessons come along and open up to you like a flower blossoming...it takes time to see the petals fully.
