OKAY so i just ate 2 slices of toast for breakfast with some cream cheese which is really not much but, I see these NO CARB, NO CARB NO CARB diets going around so now i think that carbs are the enemy, so be honest is 2 slices of breast for breakfast okay or???? no

I Dont Know Why i dont know what changed in me, I dont know what prompted this but I am determined now more than ever I graduate next summer from college and I am not not not not graduating fat. nope wont happen. I will not enter the work force a lazy, always tired mess that I usually am because of my weight.
