Today I ate out and ordered something healthy. This has never ever happened :) PROGRESS plus i was tempted to order a huge dessert because my friend Ashlee (don't know why I'm saying her name, y'all don't know her) ordered the Captain Jack buried treasure fudge brownie cake. I wanted one sooooooooo bad but i did not.

well long story short, today is my mothers birthday, so we went out to a buffet and well....lets just say, uuummm we will pick up back on this healthy eating thing in the morning.....see i need to learn to control myself around large amounts of food. I wanted to say, I dont want to go so bad but this is my mother yah know....well it was $15 a entry and i didn't want to waste my money....I dont know what i should do avoid or learn to control my eating patterns around fast food.
