It sucks to know that on the 4th June 2013 more than 2 years ago i already had aprox. 94 kg , meaning that today i am still on that number and desperately needing to go down another 10 kg. to fell and perform better at my running objectives. why is it so difficult ? i keep failing my objective,

ran a 28 km trail yesterday, if its not by a the force of less food , it will be done by the force of long distance training, hard but also mildly effective as long as i don't go on a spiral of eating frenzy
