Seems like the weight is stucked at this point , everytime i reach a better mark my body tells me to quit, just ease off and embrace food, but this a battle i do not want to loose ever, even more important is my health and my goals.

After failing my goal of finishing a trail marathon 42 km , took a tool in my psych. anyway still dwelling with those extra kg that definitely will have to shed away. no matter how hard i train , if i just don't eat less i will not see any real progress in the scale
