ran a 28 km trail yesterday, if its not by a the force of less food , it will be done by the force of long distance training, hard but also mildly effective as long as i don't go on a spiral of eating frenzy
206.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
