Following the diet and still not cheating. I have to admit that I am both surprised at myself, but really happy I have been able to do this. Exercising is getting tougher and feeling like some of my motivation is slipping away. I think that may be because I really don't like working out with the bands. Cardio work is hard on my ankles and feet until it that warm burn starts...after that it's all good. So even though there is some discouragement I know that I'll be happy when I start seeing a little more progress.

Increased my cardio workout today. I really really hope that it pays off. My goal was to try to lose 10 pounds for the month, but I am afraid that I am going to fall just a little short of that goal. Next weigh in is on the 29th. Please please please let the increase of cardio payoff for me.

OHHHH.....it has been a tough day dieting. I have had some terrible cravings for pizza with tons of extra cheese. The worst part is that I know that my husband went to my favorite pizza place this evening in order to get something for dinner, and again I want to cheat. Also, my workout today SUCKED! I went in for my Saturday morning yoga class to only have yoga for 30 min. This was soooooo not good. It really threw me off. Tomorrow I will be doing double workout in order to make up for today. Sometimes this can be really difficult, but I know that it will be worth it in the end. So willpower, wherever you went, get back here and QUICK!

Official weigh in said that I was down 2.8 pounds since last week. I am SUPER EXCITED! This little bit of progress is helping to keep me motivated. Nearly 5 pounds gone and I know I am getting healthier everyday.

2 days until weigh in. I am really dreading it because I am concerned I haven't lost any weight. I have been doing either the circuit work or yoga at least 5x per week. So I know that I am getting in the exercise. I am sticking to the diet, but still the concern is there. What is up with that??
