I haven't been 100% faithful, I admit. My cheats have been small and infrequent, but they have been there. I am finding it hard to accept that dairy plays such a large role in my allergies, but I can't deny it. Cheese is such a favorite of mine--I can live without milk, ice cream, yogurt and all other forms of dairy, but I really do miss my cheese. I guess I am going to have to reserve it for an occasional spluge and KNOW it is going to stir up the allergies. I feel so much better overall though, even if the weight is not dropping.

I have been about 95% faithful and feel so much better. I haven't needed allergy or pain meds in weeks!

My only cheats have been a glass of pinot noir a couple times. Other than that I have been completely faithful to plan. My allergies are a lot better but I still have mild to moderate back pain. Energy levels are good when I sleep well, which I do most nights.

So far so good! Down almost 3 lbs in 4 days and less allergy symptoms! Made the fish stew from JJ's book last night and it was DELICIOUS and satisfying!
