I started LA Weight Loss on May 27th and have lost 28 lbs so far, my remaining weight loss goal is 19 lbs for a grand total of 47 lbs! I have seen alot of discussions regarding the LA Weightloss program, but it has worked for me. The meal plans are reasonable and I have not felt hungry between meals (very often!) and my family has adjusted their habits along with mine. I plan on wearing a really cute size 6 sequined black dress for the company Christmas party this year and I think I will be able to reach my goal! :O)
