Today, we had a potluck lunch at work. I was responsible for prepping and cooking a lot of the food that was brought in. I resisted the urge to taste while cooking with the exception of the meat. Had to check the seasoning. It was a taco buffet. I left the tortilla chips and flour tortillas, the beans and rice, and the peach pie and ice cream. Instead I had a taco salad and for dessert a slice of the cheesecake that I brought in from the recipe I submitted in my cookbook. So glad I didn't cheat. My numbers are all where they should be. Eating Keto is easier than I first thought. Thank the Lord for the person who cracked the Keto code. Life is Good!

Yay! Down 3 pounds! I think it is working. Not hungry, staying on plan with no cheats AT ALL! I even made chocolate chip cookies to take to church yesterday and didn't eat any. :)
The Broccoli Soup I made for Sunday dinner was very satisfying however I was wanting a snack after and ate a small handful of walnuts. Craving satisfied. Also drank lots of water yesterday. Maybe a little more than 64 oz. Drinking water helps with the cravings.

This is getting so easy. Cream in my coffee, I haven't done that in years. The fat free lie is just that, a lie. I am so full all of the time. Who knew? Keto, the best kept secret. Thanks to the person that figured this out.
