Another day.
Going away for a few days.
Trying to pack food that we can take that's healthy.
Thank goodness there is no take away food joints to go to.
Just a small beach town.
I'll pack chicken to BBQ and make sure I have salad stuff.
And my magic bullet to make pure fruit smoothies for breakfast.
I'll be back on Tuesday evening late.
leaving tomorrow night.

Still no cream. Not really missing it.
I am however craving something sweet..water isnt cutting it.
Might just have a little ryevita cracker with a tsp of homemade jam.
then dig into the housework to work it off!
I cant take the artifical sweetner,makes me ill..throat closes up and I want to vomit.
So it's raw suger if any.
Im looking for ideas on a swet treat I can have to get me thru the cravings.

I gave up cream!!!
Coffeemate is my new friend. Cant do the milk thing in the coffee.
Really trying, the scales are not moving down ,just up.
finding it hard to record everything I do and eat.
dosent mean I'm not being good, just a fight to get to the computer.
I see the scales going up and Im not cheating. Maybe need to check the scales? My Jeans feel a bit better, so Im not going to panic..just yet.
Off to buy a new battery for my scales. Fingers crossed X.
