Feeling positive today.
No cream in my coffee,only coffee-mate.
The hardest thing is when DH asks if we have any goodies.
I don't do the sweet thing. But when he asks, I eat them too.
Stupid really.
Now the challenge to to eat enough calories to meet my daily requirements.
What can I eat that's healthy and and not fattening?
Back to my ALL fruit smoothies.
Contains only fruit, no milk products.
Here's to tomorrow!

Ok, Im doing pretty good.
No real carb craving.
Im eating small meals often.
Keeping fruit handy.
No crap food to tempt me.
Drank 32oz of water so far, aiming for 64.
Fingers crossed.

This sucks.
I gained back the 10 lbs I lost.
Stupid holiday cookies and cakes.
New year. Going back home in April for a visit and to Hawaii after that.
Want to look and feel better.
I know I have a problem with carbs, I Love them.
Real cream in my coffee.
I can give up sugar no problem. Not a sweet eater. Just those d@mn carbs and CREAM!
