Not hungry today.
Im back to work in 2 weeks.
I can expect weight loss then.
No snacking during the day.Too busy.
I know you need to eat to loose, but when you see diets that suggest that you have salmon and steamed veggies for lunch. get real! I have maybe 20 mins to eat something. Im lucky to eat a sandwich or a small salad.
Dinner is a bit different.
I get tired of salads everyday as well.
So my challenge is to pack a healthy low fat/cal lunch to keep me going that are filling and tasty.

Today is Hubby's birthday. Do I make him a cake?
If I do I'l just eat it.
Going out to dinner..at a buffet.
Mil chose it for him.
I'll have to be careful to watch what I eat today.

Didnt bother keeping track on the weekend.
I have discovered that I'm an emotional eater. Tick me off and I'll stuff a cookie or cake in my face.
Ive started to eat ice cream..I hate ice cream. WTH?
I need to be happy for me!
Time to leave this pity party Ive thrown for myself.

ok, I have to admit that last night I cheated. I was a little upset with hubby. but I am the one that stuffed my face. Cant put the blame on him.
so I went into the kitchen and ate 3..yes 3 homemade rolls.
Today, I promise to be good.
update: Went to the store..hungry,bad I know. BUT....I didnt cheat. I passed by a lot of yummy things.
I came home and made a chicken sandwich.
I find that the later in the day it gets, I want to have "something".
Looking forward to my smoothie at 3pm!
