Fruits, caffiene and low carb tortillas during the induction phase!
So my verdict is that I will keep this up for a month and see if the weight really comes off... I think I will lower the tortilla intake and try the flax muffins even though I have never worked with flax seed before!! My first drastic step if not enough weight comes off will be to get rid of fruit for a few weeks since it is ok to use my carbs on veggies.....

Fruits, caffiene and low carb tortillas during the induction phase!
My husband and I decided to go low carb. We have kept carbs under 20 a day and I have been reading up on Atkins... We seem to be doing induction phase but still eating fruit and adding them into our carb intake per day. We also love our blue sugar free carb free rockstars so we have one about every other day... CAN WE STILL LOSE WEIGHT AT A STEADY PACE? I know it wont be as dramatic and quick as it would be without but we would be perfectly happy knowing we can still lose with these 2 things we love so much! Also.. we have one low carb tortilla for the fiber each week cause we dont know where else to get it... what are some other sources and will this negate the diet alltogether??? Heeelp! Any feedback or experience with this?
