Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I heard a talk by a retired biochemist recently who formerly was on the faculty at 3 different medical schools. He did research on diabetes as well. He said that exercising first thing in the morning before you had eaten burned the most fat. His philosophy was that exercising after you had eaten burned more sugar from your system rather than fat. Personally I think exercise ANY time of the day is good and the more the better.
