Working at a wellness clinic, I hear about all the things I should be doing to be and stay healthy. I take my fish oils and vitamin D daily, get adjusted regularly (Don't think it helps? Try it!), and try to monitor my snacking (Ok, and drinking!). It took getting engaged (I don't want to look like a POLAR BEAR in my wedding dress!) to finally kick my own butt into real weight loss mode, and have successfully lost twenty pounds before joining FatSecret. People have been commenting on how great I look, and I've been commenting (or mindlessly muttering) to myself on how comfortably my clothes fit now. Goal weight: 125.
