Growing up I was always really thin. I was involved in Cheerleading, Gymnastics, and softball. I weighed 118 pounds when I graduated highschool even being 5 foot 6 inches. In 2005 (3 years later) I joined the Navy and managed to keep my weight down pretty reasonably weighing about 130-145 pounds over the next 3 years. I was no where as thin as I use to be but I was average and happy with myself. I put on more weight while still in the Navy and weighed about 150 pounds in 2008. Then I went through a break up and started working out everyday, not drinking alcohol, and barely eating and got back down to 135 pounds in 2009. Then I got back with my ex and put it all back on and then some. I weighed about 168 at the end of 2010 when once again went through a really bad breakup and immediately dropped down to 149. That was mainly from depression. After almost a year of that I now have my current boyfriend and have separated from the military and put all the weight back on again. I even got up to 170 pounds over the holidays!(2011) YIKES!!! Now Im starting to lose it again the healthy way. Working out, eating right, and cutting down my alcohol intake!!! I will lose the weight!!! My goal is to be 135 again. I know I can do it!!!
