Salsa Treadmill
today, I was so bored on the treadmill- i decided to kick it up a notch and dance on the treadmill at 2.0 miles to start. I did some salsa dancing, it was awesome...dont know exactly how many calories i burned but the technical reading on the treadmill was 305 calories...I know I burned more than that- cause who does salsa dancing on a treadmill...lol!
