1ª Semana seguindo a risca a dieta paleo na variação very low carb, ou seja, minhas fontes de carboidratos são basicamente legumes e muitas verduras. Tentando não me empolgar com a perda rápida de peso, pode ser só retenção de líquidos, semana que vem eu devo saber com certeza.
Começando a ler "Barriga de Trigo" para mais orientações sobre o estilo de vida paleo ;)
Também essa semana bati minha meta de não faltar a academia :D
