The weight is not moving. 144-145 is consistent. I haven’t been pushing myself either though. 😕
I’m guessing a week of good workouts will push me forward... just have to DO IT!

Got a workout in today! Nothing over the top but I did it! My weight has not changed for weeks- just a small drop once in a while but it goes right back to 145. However! I see my body changing even when the scale does not... fingers crossed that I will drop this last 5 pounds real slow and it will stay off!!!
I miss Doritos ....and wine 🤣

Finally! I was at 145.5 forever! Just one pound but it was a huge win!

I have definitely let lose the reigns the past 5 days. After sticking to low calories and only healthy foods for 8 weeks and being at a stand still... my mind said “what is the point??”
I woke up this morning feeling bloated and sore all over... my body is reacting to the junk I ate.
So, knowing that I don’t want to gain the weight back that I have lost... I am back on track. It’s always the hardest getting thru the first few days of sugar cravings!
I did a 16 hour fast to reset my mindset. I’m going to keep my carbs under 50 today to try to not fall into the chocolate cravings again. Also, drinking lots of water
This might be all wrong... idk what I’m doing.

Quinoa and lentil bowl
Topped with tomato,onion, spinach, cilantro,avacado and sour cream. This is so tasty!
