In the process of loosing weight. Started at 457lbs. I have been following a keto diet.

In 2018, I want to get back to the same size I was in High School 295. For my height large boned people 158 lbs is the high end, so main goal would be to reach that weight then re-evaluate.

I set my weight to 50lb increments so I don't feel so I don't feel as stressed. 1of6 completed.
