My name is Michella. I am generally happy and I like to make other people happy through osmosis. I'm all about light and love and positivity. Fun is a part of every day with the right attitude!

I love to run, hike,bike and enjoy nature. I also love TV, Music, Movies and other indoor endeavors. Finding a balance is what I'm trying to be about.

235 was my highest. I just ate because I liked food. I would eat a whole bag of chips. Not a small bag- a whole bag of chips, meant to last a week. In one sitting. I would order two chicken curries with fried rice. 1300 calories a piece, one for lunch, one for dinner. Its crazy to think about now.
