Protein????
what works best for me is the ratio: 1 part fat 2 parts protein 4 parts carbs.
so my daily intake is 50g of fat, 100g protein, and 200g carbs (based on a 1700 calorie diet). I have seen crazy improvement from this, because you can't eat junk without being hungry. it makes you eat right. i have found a love for lemon pepper chicken and any fish.
