Feeling tired
If soda is your weakness, swap for flavored sparkling water. If its the caffine, try tea or coffee with stevia, or even Mio energy added to water. If sweets are your thing, swap the sugar and straight carbs for a sweet protein bar. Zone makes some great ones, as does Atkins. Many have 200c or less, 10g or more protein, and they taste like a candy bar! B complex vitamins and green tea suppliments add energy and curb the cravings for junk food. Dont give up!
