motivation????
I started a walking group with some of my friends in the neighborhood and we have all commented the same thing. Alone, none of us would get up and walk every morning. We need each other's motivation and the fact that the others will be there helps us get up and get going. If its possible, find someone to walk with. It's worth the effort. Good luck!
