So far this fall, so good. Back on track with diet and exercise (although I do consider "diet" to be a nasty little four letter word) I have been recording more often, yay! And, I have been doing something physical most every day. Sometimes it's not much, but I have been getting up off my butt and doing something. Mid week is usually the hardest for me cuz hubby is off and he will prepare dinner and it's usually something like pizza, or KFC or taco bell :-) I know, I know, but it is hot and ready to eat when I get home, and I guess at least he makes the effort. Well, yesterday he cooked chicken with some rice pilaf and veggies and tonight he's making a very healthy mahi mahi dish. He gets an E for effort this week! Had some long days at work this week and didn't have much variety. Will try to be more prepared for the unexpected next week. Have a great day everyone!

After dropping 11 lbs this past spring, I injured my ankle in May and was unable to continue my exercise program to the full extent. Fortunately I was able to walk, had to start out slow and work my way up to a good pace for me. I also maintained my weight during the summer months and completed PT. I am back on my Nordic Track and rebounding, YAY!! Got on the scale this morning and am 139, again, YAY!!! That was encouraging. Now for those last 9 or 10 lbs. These are usually the most difficult, I know, but I will just keep pressing on and watching what I eat in the evening. Dinner seems to be the worst meal for me, but now that hubby is working at dinner time, I only have me to think about so I can eat as healthy as I want. I need to take advantage of this. I would like to have those last few pounds gone by Christmas. I see my Doctor the beginning of Dec and would like to hear an "atta girl" from him. Now, I need to make my smoothie and get ready for church. Have a good day everybody!
